MatWeb doesn't help much with these specifications. Both include multiple alloys in various conditions, so Grades, Classes, Types, etc. need to be specified.
ASTM A513-07, 'Standard Specification for Electric-Resistance-Welded Carbon and Alloy Steel Mechanical Tubing' gives a wide range of alloys from 1008 to 8630 in a number of conditions (as-welded from hot rolled stock, as-welded from cold-rolled, mandrel drawn, etc.).
Strength requirements are supplemental in this spec. (negotiable when ordering). Table S5.1 gives minimums for round tubing in various conditions: normalized, stress relieved, mandrel-drawn, etc. The lowest minimum strengths are for normalized 1008 steel:
YS 23 ksi (159 Mpa), UTS 38 ksi (262 Mpa), elongation 30%.
Values go as high as UTS 110 ksi for mandrel-drawn 4140.

The lowest minimum strengths in A1011/A1011M (from 2002 version, possibly 2006 differs) are:
Hot-rolled low carbon steels:
CS Types A, B & C: YS 30-50 ksi (205-340 Mpa], elongation
>25%, and
DS Types A & B: YS 30-45 ksi (205-310 Mpa), elongation
>28%.
For SS (structural steel), the lowest strength is
Grade 30 [205]: YS 30 ksi (205 MPa), UTS 49 ksi (340 MPa), elongation 19.0-25.0% depending upon thickness.
HSLA grades have higher strengths.
