HELP!--Inactive Degrees of Freedom in Abacus/CAE

I am attempting to model a plate that is twisting about the x axis. I want to restrain half of the plate about the y mid axis and then add a moment to the free end to simulate twisting.

When I restrain half the plate and run it everything works fine but then when I add the moment to the end of the plate I get an error reading

"Error in job Job-1: 1 nodes have inactive dof on which boundary conditions are specified. The nodes have been identified in node set ErrNodeBCInactiveDof."

I am not sure how to solve this,

Any ideas?

Look in Viewer to see the set of nodes where the error occurs. You've probably applied a load to nodes that have been restrained or tied.
