Help HowTo: FactoryTalk 7.0 conversion to 6.1 or 5.1

I've got a FactoryTalk HMI program written using 7.0 with a runtime version of 5.1 (because PanelView firmware). Can I convert to 6.1 or 5.1 easily.

My customer tried to restore the file using the runtime, but he got message "You cannot restore the application from the runtime version. It was created in a protected version."

We did not knowingly add any protection.

Any ideas?
