Help finding system requirements to suit our needs!

My company is moving forward and is requiring more from our pcs. We have been running out of the box dells for some time now. As our requirements and assemblies grow, the off the shelf models arent performing. Im looking for any info related to what system requirements everyone is using that have been a success. We currently use Siemens NX, Solidworks and Deform. We are running off the shelf Dell T5500-T7500s. Our assemblies can contain up to 10,000 components. Any info will help.

If you are looking for the most performance regardless of the cost then go to Boxx or XI, they offer overclocked unit that seems to be working very well.
