Hello all,

I am looking for assistance in determining which ASME standards is applicable to the design of a manifold, and here are the conditions:

Fluid: CO2 (liquid/gas)

Pressure: 600-5000 psi (Though we are looking to have it rated for 10,000psi)

Process: CO2 extraction system

Material: 316 SS

Ports: (1) 1/4 NPT inlet, (4) 1/8 NPT outlets , (1) 1/8 NPT Pressure Transducer port

Attached is an image of the drawing for this manifold. If anyone can provide any assistance in determining the correct ASME standard we should be using to validate this design, it would be greatly appreciated.

Background: These components were designed by a contractor before I was brought on, and no documentation was left on these designs. I do not have any experience in pressure facing components design, and am trying to make sure all of our calculations are correct before the company submits these designs for CRN approval.

Thanks,
Jon
