HELP corrosion under insolation

HELP HELP ME,
I have a big problem, I met corrosion under insulation CUI on external
vessel (cigar) storage GPL PC: 279 PSI, severe external corrosion
under insulation
Nominal thickness: 33.33 mm (1 5/16 '') and minimum requirements:
31.70 mm (1.248 '') and CA: 1.6 mm (0.0625 '') pfrofondeur of craters
from 2mm to 4mm more places furrows / corrosion slinger lines 5.3 mm
tell me how to fix and that applies to API 510 or API MAWP 579 FFS
The API also allows recharging 510 to 50% t required

What is the question?

Repair the vessel under the code that it was designed for.

Recoat tank with correct coating for insulation application.

Replace insulation and insulation cover.

Periodic inspection program.
