can anyone help me how to model a helical gear
in proe im developing a power train for a two wheeeler

hi,
i had dont this for my bachelors thesis. i first made the helical curve using the coordinates i generated from the parameters given- using a c progarm. then i made the surfaces by connecting all of them. it might sound tedious, but thats the only method by which i could arrive at something.
hope this helps u in some way.

Go to the Pro/E forum and proe-designs.com. I think that's the address, it's already done for you
