How do you determine the Storage Coefficient in the Clark U.H.?

My experience with Clark is using it for gaged watersheds. It seems less common for your typical ungaged watershed study.

Blueoak,
I am reviewing a set of plans submitted by consultants. The hourly rainfall data for different frequencies was obtained from Technical Paper No. 40. The only value I cannot seem to figure out is the storage coefficient.....How they got it......

AshEngPE,
I would let them tell you. If you are a little concerned though I would check it against either a regression or a really simple hydrology model. I am surprised that they wouldn't give you this information though. I am amazed when I seenot included.
