HEC-HMS Error 10000 1

When attempting to simulate a run I receive the following message in the dialog box, "ERROR: 10000 Unknown exception or error; restart HEC-HMS to continue working. Contact HEC for assistance." I have used the same parameters on a different computer and no problems are encountered. Any ideas? Thanks.
