HEAVENT or DUCTSIZE from Elite Software

I am looking into purchasing these programs for help in designing some industrial duct systems.

Anyone out there have any reviews on the "user friendliness" of these programs?

I need some help.

I am just concerned that the demo may be easy to use, but using the program on a very large vapor/gas collection system may prove more difficult.

Help would be appreciated.

Usually they are designed only for sea level air at about 60°F. Inquire from vendor if they can handle various temperatures, fluids and elevations.
