I am looking at an Material test certificate for stud bolt b7/2h & comparing with STD A193 & A194. Test certificate mentions heat treatment details, but I could find heat treatment details in the standards A193 & A194 to check. Please advise in which standard can I find the heat treatment details to compare with the heat treatment details given in the test certificate
