What you need to do is read the value from the chart at 25% (312) and then subtract the value at 80% (150) So then the heat released per lb H2SO4 is 162 BTU/Lb H2SO4.
Don't forget that your starting material is only 80% H2SO4 when you multiply it out to try to get the total BTU's released.

Integrating for the area under the curve would have worked if the x axis was the heat of dilution for a fixed 1 lb of H2SO4 in solution - this is not what we have on the x-axis.
