I have two hundred square feet of glass window. I would like to calulate the heat loss in winter and heat gain in winter.
Assume the temperature difference of 10 degrees between inside and outside atmosphere.

Hi,
It is very easy to calculate the heat transfer through glass window. However, one needs the indoor and outdoor conditions such as convective coefficients, optical properties (emmisivity, transmivitty etc) and outdoor velocity. Also, the orientation of the window is required. You can use Vision or Windows to calculate heat transfer for many window arrangments. They use 1-D basic thermal resistance model for these calculations.
