Heat generation due to bending of steel sheet

Hi, I made nonlinear transient analysis using a plane stress elements. Can anybody explain me how to use APDL snippets to obtain thermal results. During bending a temperature will increase in the steel sheet, and start distribution vs time. Can anyone develop APDL code? I used NL material.
