Does anyone know of a place that publishes thermal conductivity and specific heat vs temperature for commn polymers? I am looking for HDPE and PVC from 0-300°C.

Thanks in advance,

With that temperature range make sure to get coefficient of thermal expansion data for those materials also.

300dC may be a little bit hot for plastics, isn't?

Check with CINDAS. Some of the best material data commercially available is there:
Unfortunately I don't have access these days, but their Thermophysical Properties of Matter Database (TPMD) should have the information you're looking for.
