HDLC-Frame-Generator wanted....

I'm looking for a utility that can generate complete HDLC-Frames (out of ASCII / Hex / Bin data including bitstuffing?
I have tools to generate CRC16 - no problem here.
But maybe there is a nice tool that even can conveniently set Control- and Addressfield information as well...????
Any suggestions welcome.
