Hazen-Williams "C' factor 1

Hi,

Can anyone who is familiar with the Hazen-Williams equation for liquid line sizing tell me the most appropriate value of the "C" factor for duplex stainless steel piping materials?

Crane Flow of Fluids gives 140 for new steel pipe. Lindeburg's "Mechanical Engineering Reference Manual" says 150 for stainless Patricia Lougheed
