Can anyone help me to find out the regulations/standards and the typical drawings of a hazardous material storage containers/buildings? Also It will be nice if you advise some web pages of manufacturers.

I suggest that you tell us WHERE you are, because regulations will differ from country to country, and from state to state (e.g. within the U.S.A.).

Perhaps USA OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standards, guidelines and regulations would be a good place to start .. check their website, etc? Then, compare to Turkey's regulations. Make judgement on path forwarde..
