Where two are within min distance required for HAZ separation can PWHT get a the round the problem?

There is no problem if the soak band for PWHT can envelope both HAZ's.

No ASME standard defines the speration requirements by AS4041 says 4t.

Does AS4041 then propose that PWHT is an acceptable alternative to maintaining the specified separation?
