Probably another dumb question, but I very rarely had to do this at a previous place of employment.
But it seems that this is the norm at my current job.
They have some custom tools installed in NX 1919. I got an error today when running one of these tools.
I took a screen shot and emailed it out to my support person who said I am to clear my Temp cache before logging into Teamcenter daily.
To me this seems like something that should have to be done by me on a daily basis.

If they , that site, needs to do this daily, why isn't it included in the start script ?
The cache can produce very odd errors with very odd error messages, typically we try clearing the cache when somebody says that they encountered an "strange error".
The cache can become very large and therefore should be cleared from time to time.

Regards,
Tomas
