Having sample sprinklers tested at a "recognized testing laboratory" (NFPA #25)

I am sure it doesn't make a difference but Georgia is still using the older NFPA #25. That said

NFPA #25 said:
5.3.1.1* Where required by this section, sample sprinklers shall be submitted to a recognized testing laboratory acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction for field service testing.

Is there a list of "recognized testing laboratory" somewhere? What do you do to comply?
