Have the service load Combinations been changed in AREMA-2016 Manual as compared to AREMA-2011?

In AREMA -2011 Manual the first service load combination mentioned in table-8.2.4 shows Dead Load + Live Load + Impact etc. and allows
for "Allowable Percentage of Basic Unit Stress" as 100 % which means no increase. for the rest of the combinations the basic unit stress has been increased.

i dont have the latest AREMA-2016 manual with me. can anyone please tell if the above combinations or the basic allowable stress in those combinations have been changed in AREMA-2016 as compared to earlier version 2011?
