Have a Application for ASTM 516 Grade Plate vs 4130 Round

I have an application that uses ASTM 516, Grade 70 Plate. I can get it flamed cut to the sizes I need, but for large quantities, it is very expensive. Is there an alternative material I can use. Say the likes of 4130 Material in round bars. Would be cost effective if this were possible

That certainly is one option. Difficult to give you any further advice without knowing anything about the end use, etc.
