Hatch Patterns

Does anyone know where I could get a herringbone pattern for a Hydraulic Hose drawing I'm doing. And for that matter, does anyone know of any web sites to get cool add-ons for Solid Edge? Like hatch patterns, matials and colors, tools, hardware, etc.
