Has anyone heard of S-235-JR material for steel

I am involved in a project where the fabricator has used a material called S-235-JR to fabricate the structural steel. I have never heard of this grade steel, but I am told it has an allowable yield stress less than 36 ksi. Can anyone point me to a spec for this material?
