Harmonic limits

Harmonics limit settings in the UK are defined in ENA documents G59/2 ,G83/1 and G5/4-1.

My question: Is there any similar recommendation body in the US that sets limits on harmonics for DNOs and TNOs to follow? If so, are these limits similar to those in the UK?

Additionally, is anyone aware of a distribution analysis software that can perform harmonic analysis within these prescribed limits?

I don't know what these ENA documents are but in US there is a standard for harmonic limits
