I need to harden 4 cones at 900 sqft. I have priced out Thermal Cast Spray Welding and everything seems way to expensive. Is there anyother type of hardening that can be done. Please help.

There are various surface treatment methods that can harden steels for resistance to abrasion or galling, etc. If you want help, you need to provide more information. What is the material of construction for the cone, what type of service conditions and wear, etc.,?
