I´m working on a hydraulic application where I need to design a coulping between a hydraulic motor and a chain saw sprocket. I´m amazed that not even the company who gave me the mission can´t help me with data on the splines used on close to all chainsaws of the world and all I can get from chainsaw manufacturers is that there are two major sizes available, "small" and "standard" both with 7 teeth. Can anyone out there help me with informations on, or where I can find dimensional specs. for at least the so called "standard" seven tooth spline.

I think I remember seeing that in the Machinery's Handbook, but I am not certain of that.
I do not have my Machinery's Handbook with me right now so I cannot look.
