Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone can point me to a distributor for this brand of motor in UK or anywhere in Europe. I have Googled it but cannot find it anywhere. I need to get spares for quite a few motors of this brand.

Thanks in advance

Most motors are made to a standard specification. In the US it is NEMA and in the UK and Europe it is IEC. If the motors are of a standard frame and configuration then you are not limited to brand name. If they are of special design and the original manufacturer is no longer in production then you have no choice but to repair them at any cost or to replace the equipment entirely to get a newer design motor.

If you can provide more information such as the motor nameplate data and the type of equipment that it is installed on then maybe someone can offer more help.

The motors were manufactured in late 2008 amd early 2009. they have come in on skids from a machine builder and the motors are non standard, ie shafts are different and they have a lot of special features and so on. I need to get 3 prices as the price from the machine builder is so high i cannot consider them.

I've never heard of it and if google can't find it, is it possible you have the correct spelling? Maybe Hansen? (they manufacture geared motors)

What are the machines?
