Hammer Mill Scale Up

Hi, I have a Hammer mill with 32 hammers used for size reduction of wood dust, from 1 mm to 60 mesh. The capacity of the mill, using a 20 HP drive, is of 50 Kg /h. I want to scale up that mill, which is the procedure? (Area, RPM, Power?)
