does anyone know of a good half bridge drive IC that can operate at 200kHz and also be turned on an off at about 20kHz, so the ac waveform would be a pulsed continuous wave.. Its for a power supply I am designing, I'm using a IR2153 self oscillating half bridge driver right now, and it doesn't seem to be able to turn on and off fast enough, but it could be due to the fact that I have very little noise protection built into the circuit yet.. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Nevermind, I got it working right. The IR2153 is self oscillating at 200kHz and is being pulsed at 20kHz, can even pulse it much faster..
