Haitian Building Code In English

I found out that Haiti has a Building Code (2012 CNBH, ISBN: 978-99935-7-455-2) but it is in French. Does anyone know how to find one in English?

Google translate does a fairly good job for French. Random sample below:

Les murs de cisaillement doivent être continus sur toute la hauteur du bâtiment, soit de la fondation à la partie basse de la toiture, et ne doivent comporter aucune ouverture ou pénétration (figure 1.8.1).
