How would Gypcrete be tested after placement? It is believed that this product is failing in an application.

You can core the material and do compressive strength and petrographic examination.

What is the failure mode? Is is dusting at the surface? Is it cracking more than anticipated? Is it crumbly or friable? All of these will help determine the probably cause of the failure.

The hallways are crumbly and friable. Classrooms are cracking more than anticipated.
