Guidelines for designing foundation anchoring to rock

Hi, I need technical help. The problem is related to the anchoring of the foundation to the rock. By foundation I mean the isolated footing and the strip footing. By anchoring I mean passive anchoring, i.e. anchoring with rebar (dowels).

My problem is related to the need for anchoring and its design/dimensioning, i.e. against sliding and toppling of the foundation (lifting forces), when it comes to a building.
The following things interest me in the design:
* Dimensioning of the anchoring length of the rebar to the rock and the foundation, and dimensioning of the grout in the rock.
* Dimensioning of rebars (i.e. whether they are needed, their quantity and placement in relation to the foundation)
* Calculation of sliding resistance and determination of the coefficient of friction for a sloping rock surface

I am an engineering student, and I do a part-time job related to this and I need written technical information, for example student theses, scientific articles or some manuals/guides.

I looked up online but didn't find too much resources about this. Almost all the material I found was more related to the anchoring of water dams or the stabilization of rock slopes/rock cuts, which is not the subject of interest at this time.
