Is the the technology of (GTL)gas to liquid applied in U.S.A OR Europe ?

Presume you're talking about F-T rather than methanol or LNG, which are also "gas to liquids" processes. F-T plants are planned or perhaps in construction in the US (one planned by Sasol- announcements have been made but I don't know the status of the project). It makes no sense whatsoever in Europe. Pilot- and demo-scale plants have been and built and operated in both the US and Europe. Right now, GTL only makes economic sense at very large scale and where natural gas is basically free, hence the large plants already built and operating in Qatar.
