I have a doubt
I am carry out a calculation with CAESAR II of polypropilene pipe + fiber glass laminate with BS7159 code
Which the pipe thickness is I sould put in the CAESAR II field? Only the thickness of the fiber glass or the total thickness PP + Fiber glass laminate

You are describing a "composite cross-section". I don't think BS-7159 addresses this type of condition. Furthermore, CAESAR II utilizes a standard "3D beam" element, which is essentially an "infinitely thin stick". A composite cross-section, of dissimilar material behaviors, is really beyond the capabilities of this element.

I suspect you will have to use a general purpose FEA software package to carry out this analysis.
