I am looking for a grout available in small quantities to reduce waste because we often need less than 1kg or 1 litre at a time.
Suitable for horizontal or vertical surfaces.
Strength up to 60 MPa

Most structural grouts seem to come in 20kg bags or similar.

I grouted 4 horizontal base plates last week using this product Link "CTS Construction Grout 1107".

Two x 50lb bags were less than $50 total.

Most manufacturers make pre-bagged products in the 40 to 80 lb bag range.

I guess you could find some manufacturer who bags in small quantities but 1kg is very small. The price per kg would not make it very economical.

Any unused unmixed grout can be stored for a good amount of time. Place the bag in a 5-gal pail with a pail lid and it will keep it 'fresh' for a longer time.

They usually say to mix the entire bag.
Similarly with epoxy grouts.

I have saved grout for 5 years and it still "seems" to work fine.

Manufacturer's want you to use more of their product.

I always mix small volumes of grouts (and epoxies) via graduated containers in proportions stated in the product data sheets.

For very small projects, the big box home improvement stores offer caulk-like "tubes" you can pressurize and squirt underneath small baseplates with an air caulking gun or a hand-pumped caulk gun.

Can you send a link to one of those caulk gun grout systems?
