GRE piping for Nitrogen services

Hello,
I have some questions for GRE piping, hoping someone can help.

We are working in a project which requires GRE piping for Nitrogen service, do you guys see any inconvenient with the fact it’s used to transport N2 instead of a liquid as normally is used?
Is there any probability of leak thru the fibers?
Also, can you confirm maximum temperatures to design a GRE pipe?
You help is much appreciated,

Your supplier can give you temp rating info.
I presume that this is resin lined pipe.
This will give you a barrier, but not perfect.
You should look into gas permeability ratings.
If you are talking about high purity gas you may be disappointed.

The designer sets the maximum design temperature and pressure. The manufacturer supplies material to meet the temperature and pressure requirements. For generally available GRE, the maximum qualified temperature under ISO 14692 is likely to be 93 deg C (conversion from 200 deg F)as the highest standard qualification temperature. The nitrogen will diffuse through the pipe wall but hardly at a rate that would constitute a 'leak' bearing in mind that 78% of the air on the other side is also nitrogen.
