Hallo to everybody !

Please, I have utilized the search function but I had no success.
Could anybody explain me how is realized the calculation of the capacity of a gravity coil ?

In my opinion, it should be a function of fin pattern and tube diameter - as for other coils, indeed -

Nevertheless I haven't still find any reference about it.

I would be grateful if you could help me in this issue, and maybe indicating me some reference literature.

Thanks in advance !

MrReds,

I think your problem in finding a reference may be related to your terminology. Since you have referred to fins and tubes, I suspect that what you are really looking for is a design for "natural convection cooling". That is, a finned tube bundle which cools a fluid inside the finned tubes using air, but does not use any fans.

Many thanks Mr. Speco, I'll look for natural convection cooling, then.

Many thanks
