what are the differences betweem stainless steel setscrews of Grade 8.8 compared against Stainless Setscrews of Grade A4 - 70 or A4 - 80
 
Grade 8.8 is not stailess steel but carbon steel.
8.8 means tensile strength is 800Mpa (first digit0
yield 80% (second digit) of 800 Mpa.
