Check the AWS website http://www.aws.org Repost your question on their BBS in the education and training forum. If you want a 4 year engineering degree in welding then there is OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY. Look at Lincoln Electric's and ESAB's website http://www.lincolnelectric.com and http://www.esab.com , respectfully. These site have good info and list some schools that they have partnered with.
