Good Thermal cycle companies?

Hi everyone:

My project is to investigate the bonding quality of our samples. It's silicon wafer to Cu bonding with AuSn, The size is about 20*20 mm^2. First I plan to thermal cycle the samples. So I am wondering if anybody here knows any good thermal cycle companies.
