Anyone know a good reference book for the vertical and horizontal distribution of seismic loads for structural frames that includes the computation of relative stiffness,  center of mass and center of rigidity? Thank you.

SEAoC blue book maybe.

Also the Seismic Design Handbook 2nd edition by Farzad Naeim has an excellent chapter (or more) on the subject. It's a little out of date compared to the current codes. But, if you're looking to understand the CONCEPTS of seismic deign I think this is the best reference there is.
