The bridge shows damage to the deck and railings. Report is that it is reopened. More pictures at the reference link.

I'm local. They've opened the left two lanes.
For those not familiar, this is the main route between NYC and Boston. There's really no good detour, the closest alternate bridge is one lane each way near the casinos. Suffice to say traffic has been a mess. Word is that a car blew a tire and caused the initial accident.
