I have an ebeam evaporated film of gold
that I want to remove.
What is the recipe for Potassium Cyanide (KCn)
for gold removal or
the parameters for plasma Argon Milling.
The gold is on a GaAs substrate. I dont want to use the Iodine etchant.
Thanks in advance

Try lift-off,you can elimnate the etch.
