GM Teamcenter login expired

I haven't used my GM Teamcenter login in a long time, and never had this happen before but it says my "user is inactive". Anybody know how to get my login reset?

I called the GEES helpdesk and logged a help ticket. Waiting for a response... You would think it would be easier to change your login or reset your password. I think I'm still employed...
 
The issue is that it is GM's servers and to give you the ability of resetting your login information, they'd more than likely have to give you admin status on their server and that isn't going to happen.

You're in the right direction, as far as getting your ID reactivated. I would suggest registering at gmsupplypower.com if you haven't already and in the GEES area there should be documentation outlining how to get your ID and how often you should be logging in to preserve your ID. GM used to send out emails warning sites that their IDs were going to become inactive due to lack of activity - you might want to spread the word around your group that such emails need to be distributed to all TcAE users. That might save some headaches and waiting in the future.

I did not get an expiration notice. Apparently they do not warn you anymore. The helpdesk sent an access request form to fill out (it does exist on the gmsupplypower website - I found it after the fact). It is pretty involved - I can see jumping thru hoops to get new user access, but all I wany to do is re-activate. I will be a good boy and follow instructions.
