Hi, was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a problem . My friend has is rebuilding a Typhoon. The question or problem he is having is that he can only get the car to run with 40-50 degrees of advance. He checked TDC with crankshaft timing marks and with intake/exhaust valve position. Everything looked good. It sounds to me like something is off though. Can anyone point me in some areas to look? He had the motor rebuilt my a reputable shop, but I don't think he was there when they put the motor together.
