gluing sheet pvc to expanded polystyrene

i need to join a 4m x 1m pvc sheet to expanded polystyrene. the form of the sheet around the polystyrene is along the 4m length and folded back 180 degs. about a 60mm rad. i need to glue the surface, and due to the size of sheet and curing time of most adhesives a sprayable non-viscous glue is needed. any suggestions?
