I am hoping that there may be a software or better design process out there that will assist in the design of decorative yet structural GLB trusses with steel gusset side plates. (Actually the client wants 2-GLB's as side members with a 1/2"+- steel gusset as the middle member.) RISA provides a fine analysis of the truss, but does not allow for GLB inputs. Any suggestions?
