try out this composition SiO2-72%,Al2O31.5%,B2O3;-14%,Na2O:-7%, CaO:-5%
Hope you will be able to back calculate to your raw materials. this composition should melt in 1450 deg centigrade. Alpha value will be between 50 to 55
